At Williams Sonoma Personalized Bottles, we strive for perfection in every custom engraving; however, due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns are generally only accepted for items damaged during transit or containing manufacturing defects. Please review your personalization details carefully before finalizing your order as custom-etched items cannot be returned for change of mind.

Return Process

    Inspect Your Delivery

    Upon receiving your personalized bottle, immediately inspect the glass and engraving for any signs of shipping damage or structural flaws.

    Contact Customer Care

    If your item is damaged or incorrect, email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

  • 3.
    Receive Return Authorization

    Once your claim is verified, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for the return of the defective unit.

  • 4.
    Processing Your Replacement

    After we receive and inspect the returned bottle, we will prioritize the production of a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
