How long does the personalization process take?
Each bottle is custom-engraved by our artisans. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
Can I return a personalized bottle?
Due to the custom nature of our products, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or with an engraving error.
What is the character limit for engraving?
Character limits vary by bottle size and design, but generally, we allow up to 3 lines of text with 20 characters per line.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship our personalized glass and barware collections within the United States and Canada due to shipping regulations.
Is the engraving dishwasher safe?
Our precision laser engraving is permanent and will not fade. However, to preserve the integrity of the bottle material, we recommend hand washing.
Can I see a preview before I order?
Yes, our online customization tool provides a real-time digital preview of your text and font selection before you add the item to your cart.
